Between August and November 2014 the Stirling Hall was extensively refurbished with a grant from the Climate Challenge Fund, part of the Keep Scotland Beautiful chairty. An Energy Saving Officer, Jonas Cromwell, was employed for a year after the hall reopened. He made home visits to advise individuals on ways of reduycing energy consumption (and energy bills). He also published the advice given below.
